This 100% Malbec is vinified as a white wine. It was harvested early and the grapes were pressed at a very low pressure to avoid extracting colour. It shows excellent vibrancy, a lifted floral character, green apple, some cherry, a hint of savoury herbs, a touch of mint, and a delicate minerality. Intriguing, beguiling, refreshing and pleasing.
