Peller Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

A crowd-pleasing cabernet sauvignon made with both international and Canadian grapes. Medium ruby, with aromas and flavours of black plum, berry compote, chocolate, toasted oak and spice. It is is extra dry, medium bodied and smooth with juicy plum-berry and spice on the finish. Serve with homemade burgers or cheddar.
