This single-vineyard Pinot Gris was harvested from the Nanya Vineyard at night to ensure that the grapes remained as cool as possible during the transition from vine to winery, where they were cool-fermented. The wine is vibrant, fresh and crisp, with a bold, fruit-forward personality, generous apple, pear, lemon, mouth-watering acidity, and mineral on the close. Pair with seafood, salads and sun.
