This selection of organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes originates from the Leyda region, located in close proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Now in its third vintage of 100% certified organic production, the wine is fermented in stainless steel to offer a pure expression of the variety within this coastal climate. Herbal and citrus notes distinguish this Boya, which is defined by its freshness and juicy acidity.
